The text, photographs, designs, card art, logos and the Blue Light Lady name on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may view them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or distribute them without our written permission.

Our products are currently sold through Etsy, and purchases there are governed by Etsy's terms and our Etsy shop policies. If we sell directly through this site, these Terms, the price and description shown at checkout, and our Shipping and Returns Policy will apply to that order.
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment for a canceled order.
Our books are pre-loved and may show normal signs of reading and wear. Mystery bundles contain surprise items we choose based on the preferences you give us, and specific items are not guaranteed. Colors may vary slightly from photos.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Light Lady Company LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, or $50 if you have not purchased anything from us.
You agree to hold Blue Light Lady Company LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
